FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Todd Opalski

Todd founded the Keep Moving Foundation after a 26-year career in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he served as an infantry officer, reconnaissance and special operations leader, and instructor. His service took him around the world and shaped a lifelong commitment to people, mission, and personal growth.

After the military, Todd built a career in the corporate and entrepreneurial world, while continuing to pursue a life rooted in movement, the outdoors, and learning. Through his own experiences with challenge, transition, and resilience, he saw the need for practical, experience-based programs to help others navigate their own inner battles.

KMF exists to bring people together in nature, movement, and community - to provide the tools, support, and environment needed to rebuild strength, restore balance, and keep moving forward.

SECRETARY AND TREASURER

Shelley Opalski Beebe brings more than forty years of executive‑level administrative experience to her role as Secretary and Treasurer of Keep Moving Foundation. Known for her precision, professionalism, and steady leadership, she has spent her career supporting C‑suite executives, managing complex logistics, and maintaining clear, organized operations.

Shelley’s commitment to integrity and structure strengthens the foundation’s governance. She ensures accurate records, transparent financial oversight, and reliable communication across the organization. Guided by a deep belief in service and community, Shelley is dedicated to supporting Keep Moving Foundation’s mission through ethical stewardship and dependable operational support.
